Job Description:

Under the supervision of the WMBI Operations Director and in coordination with the Program Director, develops the production sound of WMBI, particularly as it relates to imaging, spot production, and creative formatic productions.

Job Responsibilities:

1. Voice and produce creative, customized spots and imaging to enhance the sound and brand of Moody Radio Chicago on an on-going basis. This would include the WMBI main HD1 channel but also the other HD channels. Provide input and ideas to strategically promote the Moody Radio streams.

2. Work alongside the Operations Director, Program Director and Promotions/Marketing Director to present WMBI’s programming, events, activities, and opportunities to listeners in a market competitive fashion.

3. Will guide all WMBI on-air production elements including spots, program production, production libraries, and production room upkeep.

4. Works with all the day part teams to provide regular production instruction and assist in all quality control and production maintenance issues.

Job Qualifications:

5 years experience in major/large market setting, Pro Tools experience a plus, marketable voice talent.
